So the other day,  KeltaThePomeranian was streaming Animal Crossing New Horizons and soft-resetting for starting villagers that he wanted. At one point he rolled Phoebe for his girl villager, and Phoebe is one of my absolute favorites. I was also half-waking up from a crash nap, so I got a bit incoherently excited. But he was specifically soft-resetting for dogs and wolves, so he discarded Phoebe. Betrayal D:

So I decided to make an ACNH villager tierlist to illustrate my excellent taste in villagers. Unfortunately, the tierlist template I used was only villagers, not the other types of NPCs in the game. As much as I would have loved to put Flick, CJ, Kicks, and the Dodo Brothers in S tier as well, I could not D:
