Cooner had forwarded me

thegneech's sketchbook which featured a ferret detective so that I might add something to it. John's sketch featured the detective in a noir setting surrounding by turgid prose about the hunt for some lady's cat. Since I was given control over how much time passed between John's drawing and mine I decided to speed the proceedings up a bit...

That was my sketchbook, actually ... Cooner's pic and this one are both actually development sketches of Stretch Ferret from The Suburban Jungle (and who also is featured in "Blackbird Singing In the Dead of Night" in Roar Vol 3). :)

This is a great pic!
A few months back I drew a pine marten dressed as a detective, so for me this is a fun coincidence!
