Too powerful, really. It should at least say "when this card has no exceed materials, it is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard", and it should only inflict 1000 or less, since it is still allowed to attack. Not to mention, there will be a No. 29 at some point (there will be no. 1 - 99), so you might as well remove the number, too

woops, just noticed the "cannot conduct your battle phase". Either way, still it should be 1000 or less.

I made it powerful on Purpose cause I don't like a Lot of the current Exceeds @____@

me neither. Truthfully, they are cheap. Synchro's were cheap, but not like this. Way too easy to summon, and the exceeds for now suck, but they will get better, and I'm dreading when they do.

They're Easy to summon but there effects are Just...Garbage,and that's IF they do which they probably will,it'll be Exceeds Vs. Synchros xD

I don't really see Synchros making much of an appearance in the new series, and like I said, they are garbage for now. Synchros had garbage effects when they first came out too

They had Colossal Fighter,Stardust,and Goyo right off the bat X3 But yeah,sadly i think they're gonna stop really supporting Synchros ;___;

It's a good drawing; but, I have to agree, the effect is too much. I'm trying to make my custom made yugioh! cards on the internet, with more to be allowed in anything spots.
