Bio:
-was captured during Siwa raid
-scientist tried to convert him into a diapercritter, but failed due to unknown reasons, only his arms were converted
-able to use pamp magic to turn others into plump poofy diapercritters temporarily
-able to hover to move around if his pamp gets too big to move in
-mark found on belly

Story:
One day as Darny was taking a stroll around town, he noticed an influx in diapercritters, which was strange since most critters he knew were rare, like Zazzy with his one diaper arm. He asked some of them how they became diapercritters as they mentioned a very poofy Victini with pamp arms similar to Zazzy, with a strange mark on his belly. He was sighted roaming around the plaza having some poofy fun, turning others into poofy diapercritters which only lasted for a while. Hearing about this, Darny set off to find the Victini, having a hunch that he may be a lost ragtag with the description of the strange mark on his belly. Sure enough as he reached the plaza, Darny bumped into the Victini who was floating around relaxing with his plump poofy pamp. The Victini apologized, though Darny didn’t mind the poofy bump, striking up a conversation as the eevee noticed the ragtag mark on the Victini’s belly, which he introduced himself as Orion. He explained his ordeals from the lab and how he escaped, peculiarly holding on to a little ticket, a keepsake from his life before the memory erasure, holding onto it so one day he may remember what they made him forget. As Darny explained about the other Ragtags and their home in Crownreef, Orion asked if he can join up with them to which Darny happily agreed, giving his Victini bro a poofy hug as they went off to have some more poofy fun.
