Bet you didn't think I'd get around to it, did ya? I know off-hand it looks like I've been slacking with my 'more writing' resolution, but trust me, I'm not.
Don't worry folks, I'm sure Stuffy will let him out soon enough, undoubtably becoming another staff member of her burgeoning restaurant.
However, I have something else to say. I stated awhile back that 'Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey' was a big factor in my hesitancy to use Stuffy again. However, I realized something; from what I remember of the first film (despite my attempts to forget) and minimal knowledge of the second film (because of course there's a second), Kanga and Roo are nowhere to be found. In my mind, this makes my work not just equal, but better, as not only did Kanga and Roo get involved in Stuffy's hijinks, but they were the first to fall.
I know, my standards are so odd. And maybe this will age poorly if they're in the third movie, because for some reason the directors keep thinking people want to see B&H. For now however, I can hold my head up high and proclaim myself better.
And I promise you all, you won't have to wait another year to see what happens next.

I just want to say that this was well worth the wait since the last story. One thing I have to admire about your “Stuffy” stories, is how you keep the Winnie the Pooh cast in character, so that when they do transform their changes have a much greater impact. Stuffy herself is coming along quite nicely too, and really proving to be formidable threat to the Hundred Acre Woods.
