Soooo~ this is my re-redesign of Minerva Maus for KingdomRock. Think FreezePop, The Holograms, Hedwig and a dash of Ziggy Stardust. She's the main radio personality for the city's radio station, kinda like the "DJ" chick in "The Warriors", giving the local updates on the charts and the lowdown on all the shit going on in the city.
