Concept for one of the Lord Fenrir's lieutenants. This scarred wolf is Skoll, the Dragonslayer, who, in some story concepts single handedly slew the mightiest of dragons infesting the Eastern Kingdoms of Dar-Koldor simply for not submitting to the will of the Dark Lord.

The name "Skoll" is taken from Nordic mythology from the son of the wolf Fenrir who pursued the sun and would consume it at Ragnarok.
