Flopsy is a very shy, nervous, bashful, adorable, and who could forget, very huggable Tooncario~ He usually appears when I'm in my toon fursona. Holding onto his ear for comfort when he's typically very nervous, he also tends to stutter a lot. Now go on and give him a big hug to help him feel less shy~ Besides, he's got that squishy pudge to sink into~
I believe this is the last character I needed new artwork of. Now it's a matter of figuring out what comes next~
