"CIRCE'S FUNHOUSE! Where anything can happen...to you!"
When I received that first, surprise, out-of-the-blue invitation to something called a "Furry Party" at 1988's Philcon sci-fi convention, it was too late to attend that year. So instead, I drew a mini-poster for the Funhouse (which had already existed for years in my head and TF art) featuring three of my characters: Mr. Airwick (scent TF) Bonita Bunny (TF carrots) and Mel Camel (pronounced "Mel K'Mel") from Mongolia (where those shaggy, two-humped and very dumb-looking Bactrian camels come from) who peddles TF hashish -
Only problem was Mel, as they say, "was getting high on his own supply" and was always too wrecked to sell his TF hash to dumb young tourists and sell them into cameldom, so he never became as well known as Mr. Airwick and Bonita to Funhouse fans.
The story of receiving that surprise invitation to the first East Coast furry party is at the beginning of my first book about furry history, Furry Nation WHICH EVERYONE SHOULD RUN OUT AND BUY FIVE COPIES TODAY, AS WELL AS SHOES THAT LOOK LIKE HOOVES, PAWS, CLAWS, and GOLD SNEAKERS AT MY MERCH STORE! (Which doesn't actually exist...yet.)

I'd say "delicate" - but with a definitely naughty edge
Speaking of his voice (accidental pun, I swear) Sybiline Sounds is working on a Mr. Airwick audio TF; I think the voice talent we chose is spot-on.. I'm not sure when the piece will be finished, they just started working on it.
BTW, if you ever wondered what Mr. Airwick looked like before Circe TF'd him and gave him his Perfume Garden as a reward for embracing his new species...it would be this guy:

A Mr. Airwick audio tf is in the works?! I am ecstatic! It seems I'll get to hear exactly what he sounds like soon enough.
And it's cool to see what he looked like as a human! I wasn't even aware that Mr. Airwick was a former human. Makes me wonder how many other tf'ees Circe employs at the Funhouse..

The rule of thumb (although I've never posted it) is male animals helping Circe are former humans - (Mr. Mesmero, Dr. Rufus T. Roo - and of course Komos!)
- while the females are real-world animals who have been evolved upwards (Saurina, Bonnie Bunny, the "flirtatious fillies" of the Sexy Stable...)

I love how this rule of thumb totally checks out with how the 'canon' Circe would most likely "hire" her Funhouse employees.
Saurina and the flirtatious fillies are my two favorites to visit at Circe's Funhouse, but I oughta check out more of the Funhouse attractions run by male animals sometime!

Would you believe it took me quite a bit of time before I realized the pun/reference? -
