Mainly because of the fact that he's too damn easy to use. You only need like, armor items to buff up your attack even.
I loooove warwick.
He's so good at chasing, even more so at killing. His ult is hax'd to the point that it applies on hit effects too.
Pair his ult with a Black Cleaver and Madred's and Malady... Paaaaiiiiinnnnn.
Vlad is another one of my faves. Mainly because I just love vampires and werewolves.
Then again, he's strange. He's a tank mage. Hardly ever see those besides Cho'gath and (somewhat) Morgana.
Two of my other faves are Garen and Tryndamere (obviously lol).

Zilian and Kog'Maw. OMG kog. SO deliciously creepy! And Rammus isnt that easy. You need good timing and a strong sense of balls in combat. If your not willing to lead and commit to team fights he can be tricky. Still, powerball and flashing into the middle of a team is SO fucking win
