Ok first, the good points. Proportions look pretty good as well as expessions. Its like telling me he's saying "You want a piece of me?" So there's like a hint of "drama". Posing is ok, could be better though if you pushed it and gave a little more energy, thus adding to the "drama". Also, perspective is a rather confusing to my eyes. It gives me the impression that it has 3 horizon lines. (The Head, mid torso and the right foot)
