It's not proper grammar, I guarantee it. It's a little harder to remember the exact wording, because this is a phonetic, rather than direct romanized spelling, so it's hard to look up what I wrote down exactly. And for some reason I actually wrote this without translating it.
It's suppose to be something like
"I see you staring. So this is your curse? You look like you enjoy it, you can keep the curse~"
