Description:
Kit's background was little known but his purpose of joining the MALAKAS Project was typically the one reason that many recruits came up with: becoming a more muscular and better version of themselves. But in Kit's case, hailing from the Washington state, despite being a legal adult with an athletic build, he struggled to join the US Army, mostly due to big and muscularized soldiers taking up slots quite recently. However, he instead found opportunity through a large stern yet friendly soldier (named Jeremiah Ace Doltweiser) who encouraged him to join the MALAKAS Project in Santo Tomas, California. He was even given a stash of cash to cover for transport costs.

By the time he came into the mountain base, his reason and motives were not taken lightly in an interview by the project supervisor, who had heard the recent trend of honorably discharged Super Soldiers hemorrhaging slots for the US Army, barring non-recruit citizens from joining the military in a process. However, he was noted to proactive in getting things done, too much in fact, that he was more prone to exhaustion and sleeping habits. To make up for that, he turned to coffee and other caffeine alternatives to keep himself awake in his work, though he had to sleep on a night routine without coffee unless more work was required throughout the night. Consequently, he gained a reputation as a 'sleepyhead recruit' who often yawned even during workout or eating meals.

As a Super Soldier, Kit volunteered to be a sentry defending the territory of the mountain base, but being intolerant of killing anyone in cold blood, he preferred manning either a sniper rifle he could shoot on one's legs or a tranquilizer rifle to put one to sleep. Kit even used his wings to take on targets in ways that no recruits could do so, though few winged sentries were skilled than Kit.

Still, Kit embraced the sleepyhead reputation as he spent his last month of his stay as a sentry with the temporary Juggernaut ability. After his honorable discharge from the mountain base, he returned to Washington state, but the local army no longer had free spots, due to once again a lot of Super Soldiers having taken all of it. However, Jeremiah Ace was happy to see him back and suggested him to go back to Santo Tomas, where the mayor was planning to form his own army. Jeremiah Ace even gave him another stash of cash to prove his serious point. As usual, Kit was confused with that idea yet relented, and went ahead.
