leigh and her dad, the circuit breaker! (she's adopted)

circuit breaker dad always had like a fascination with toons and toon culture and coming across leigh abandoned one day he decided to take her in bc of this, and so shes always playing in the abandoned cog yard and getting way ahead of where shes supposed to be bc of her cog dad. he does genuinely love her and would do anything for her but at the same time like, his interest in toons absolutely does not get in the way of his cog duties hfdjks and on a similar flip leigh has weird morality too where she's fine fighting the cogs but she would never fight her dad. they're each other's exception! also at the same time her circuit breaker dad doesnt mind that she fights other cogs and leigh doesnt seem too concerned abt her dad fighting toons, theyre both weird in that sense
