Deep in the distant voids of space, a ship flies, with a mech of sorts to protect it, keeping pace. Once upon a time, the Spaceship F-13 carried a prototype piece of technology known as the ODC (Organic to digital converter), with the intent to bring it to some now forgotten city on some distant planet. But Gray was on the crew, and found itself in the machine's embrace.
Now, the basic onboard ship AI was soon to be found to replaced with what Gray became. And now, with the ODC modifying the F-13 (Soon to be known as G-13), it flew off by itself.
Later down the line, a lonely Yumi found herself assisting this version of Gray, learning about their mutual existence as individuals who exist throughout multiple timelines in strange ways- living anomalies.
Wasn't long before the ODC implemented in the onboard scouting mech claimed the kobold. Now, together, they have a lot of self exploration to do. Not to mention survival- a lot of forces want these two done in.
