The character being bubbled up through water sprinklers is called Shadow Flare and belongs to the requester. Still, I kinda wonder what makes Shadow Flare react like that to water? Or maybe she's just had a little to much?
Hahaha, just me having mooooooore fun with the background, which is Top Man's stage from Megaman 3, and also added Plant Man too since the Megaman craze of 2021 was still going. This is one of my first times drawing grass in a way that I'd find to be satisfying too by the way, so overall just such a great image for something I did in 2022!
