He is a big fat evil scientist that I randomly generated using the WoF Dragon generator that HoneyBeest had made, with some tweeks from me to make it flow a bit better. Though when making him I got a little carried away with the idea of him. I wanted him to be extra cruel and evil, being able to read minds not necessarily making him more empathetic like most think it would. He LOVES to listen to the fearful thoughts of his experiments. He can even hear the thoughts and speak Human/Scavenger, just to hear how scared they are.
