This is Shinra’s boyfriend Virgil (also known as Poker) and the leader of the trio. he’s a mean, cocky, and impulsive personality but soft side towards shinra and Pandora. His right eye isn’t gone he can use it to hypnotize people if they look at his gaze.
He’s weapon of choice are dagger-like knives which he keeps in his sleeves. He also a weapon sell’s dealer.
The reason why he wears a eyepatch cause it’s cool and so he won’t accidentally hypnotized you.
