Bio:
daughter of the late King Pastoria and rumored to be the latest reincarnation of Lurelina whom herself all inherited fairy blood and ancestry. She was born in the Emerald City, whom her birth celebrate by people of Oz and even guests like the Witches of Oz arrived for the occassion knowing a new era is upon them but little they know it won't last long as the Wizard unknowingly was manipulated by Mombi, the former Witch of the North whom was demoted and replaced by Locasta, into handing the newborn infant to Mombi who transformed her into a boy and took the child away raising them and giving the boy, the name "Tippertarius" or "Tip" for short and raising Tip as like mostly as an assistant for her magic and until one day Tip made a Pumpkinhead scarecrow in which Mombi seems annoyed at first before testing the powder of life on it giving it life and which the Pumpkinhead went by the name Jack and both him and Tip as well as using a Sawhorse brought also to life with the Powder of Life to help escape Mombi who was planning to turn Tip into something but when they escaped they get separated in which Tip meets General Jinjur and it later on involves the plans Jinjur intends to depose and overthrow the Scarecrow as the ruler of the Emerald City and to bigger extent Oz as well the making of a Gump and heading to Glinda and bringing Mombi about the true heir in which Mombi spills the truth revealing about Ozma where she tells them all she turned Ozma into a boy as well pointing towards Tip too revealing he is Ozma all along, at first Tip doesn't take this well at first but later comes around as Scarecrow, Tin Man, Jack Pumpkinhead and even The Wogglebug assuring him that regardless if he's Ozma or not they will still be friends and just as Glinda begins her magic restoring Ozma, she turns Tip back into Ozma and driving out Jinjur and reclaiming back the Emerald City as the rightful ruler.
