Quinn is the first Leinically mute Martial Inhibitor ever. The study of Lein is usually required as one cannot inhibit Lein without being able to see it. Quinn, however, spent time understanding the hand motions and theory of Lein and abstracted it as best she could. With her elf-like reaction speeds and lizard-like muscle density, she has found ways to prevent and inhibit Lein when she suspects it's in use. Typically by kick-throwing a rock or hard object at the suspect's hands. This usually results in the suspect getting a broken wrist, preventing them from using the complex hand and finger motions to control Leinic thrones and pipes.
