Mercury finding it tougher to walk or even waddle (which he finds fun) looked and much to his surprise, he spotted the legendary Rayquaza flying by and not wanting to miss this chance immediately pressed the button on his diaper.
The capture beam shot out and nailed the Rayquaza as the beam started dragging him out of the sky and to the ground where the diaper began the capture.

Mercury would call this a successful test as he enjoyed his poofy haul and if he reports this to Kel and Leon, they might let him keep the master ball diaper, only problem is now he has to try and waddle and roll there before they close, but at least he gets to mess with his three captures which he finds fun.
Inside the diaper Kimo battles the Charizard and Rayquaza since pooch stuck in there, minus try to get some eats.

There will likely be more like this, the chameleon brothers don't know who designed this diaper, but mercury would say it's a successful field test as it can now be used to capture others besides thieves. It's still a prototype, but it worked out well.
