Carriona is the changeling alpha of the Necropolis Hive, second only to Queen Calliphora herself! Being born with an abnormal changeling mutation, Carriona was born without eyes, leaving only dark sockets where her eyes would be. As such, she has grown all her other senses to near supernatural levels. Hearing, smell, taste, and most importantly, touch. Carriona is capable of see the world around her through the vibrations in the ground, meaning she can sense oncoming attacks even without having to face her assailant. All these boons have earned her the place as alpha to her hive, making her the youngest of all five alphas of all five hives.

Being that the Necropolis Hive makes its home within old and abandoned cemeteries, Carriona and her kind have mastered the spell of invisibility, allowing them to play the act of ghosts and poltergeists, either to lure gullible people seeking to connect with their passed loved ones, or simply scare off intruders.

Though she doesn’t care to take care of herself due to her blindness, Carriona is still a child at heart. Though breaking her out of her social shell is a tad difficult. Only Queen Calliphora and Wubsy (who she sees as a big brother of sorts) have been able to bring out the child within her. However, some say she talks to many imaginary friends whenever she’s alone and roaming the graves.
