oooh! I have no tomatoes. there are pumpkins and gourds in the front yard, but none in the back.
He'll have to eat flowering annuals instead.

Tomato hornworms have different striations if Google Images is to be believed. Not sure what precisely that is.

someone said it was the larvae of a sphinx moth. they're large fuzzily creatures i refer to as bomber moths because they have circle patterns on each wing.
caterpillar has moved on now so I'm glad of the photos. he so pretty

i'm pretty sure this is what the Caterpie pokemon was based off of. there's also a monster caterpillar in final fantasy 8 that looks just like this too (you can fight it at the beginning of the game and i think also had the tail spike too).
