I fleshed out the weird multi-body-parted alien girl from my dream here (link). Now there's some lore and backstory! I don't know if I'll draw her again, but it was a fun design to get out of my head.
EDIT 21/06/24: I changed my mind about her height pretty quickly, but I decided if this was going to be a ref then I'd better update details like that, so I finally brought her down to size - 6' 8" from 7' 8".

So if I understand this right, its a bit like her brain decided to split during development and each half ended up in its own head. And Righty was blessed with a speech center, unlike with the human brain where if you disconnect the two hemispheres, only the left side can talk.
