I used three saves of different terrains, then I ripped the paint and height map textures.
then I applied them in blender, like layers. then I used displacement modifier to use height map with different values, then boolean modifier to make a cutout, which required a filling first, so it would apply correctly.
and now I got this result of a mountain that is standing on a pole.
