He is my first tad pole, but if you look through my pics I have 2 frogs as well. Fred is my first I've raised from a tad pole though. From what I have read it absorbs within the body. I haven't noticed much of a difference in his tail yet, guess I'll find out soon. He's already showing interest in his turtle dock.
