The title reminds me of something. I call the Predator Cannon from Kid Icarus Uprising 'Big Papa Dragon' because it looks like a dragon and does a lot of damage. As for this, the dragon might need belly rubs to sooth the kicking in his belly so it's easier for him to give birth to his babies.
