No problem. He can look so very different yet so "in charter" or at least what i would picture his charter to be. He looks evil yet never looks for lack of a better word "Heroic". he appears to be if anything the "Chaotic Good" or "Chaotic Neutral" like her wold be V (Of V for Vendetta) or a Thief/Pirate. Not a bad guy but not one to get ahead or even with the rules.

But I am likely getting way ahead of myself I have no honest idea of the story behind the charter. If this is not what you intend I am sorry and i suppose you can take it as constructive criticism, if it is what you intend the congratulations that is not an easy thing to convey. at any rate he si still a fantastic charter.
