At least 40 pounds of my weight in in my chest thanks to family genetics and I can't lose that eigth except through surgery.

well ive got a little more than that on my belly and chest but its because ive inherited my great-great grandfathers oversized ribcage, and because of it ill only be able to lose MABEY 20 lbs off of it

Well for me it seems unles I didn't eat at all and did nothing but exercise day and night, I don't lose weight.

nuuu, just get a good walk daily and eat a little here n there, granted my work is tough but it doesnt mean anything less i watch my stream of food to balance my motabolism

I do a good amount of walking, hauling things during the day, and I swim often during in the summer, I eat organic foods and only eat at least once a day if I remember to eat and it's usually either meat or yogurt and I still don't lose weight.

hmmm, it might mean your motabilism is grounded meaning it needs something to get it going again, fruit or veggies usually do the trick if not a full vitamin.

Somehow I doubt even fruits and veggies would help, I used to be 120 pounds when I ate nothing but processed food when I was 13, I switch to organic foods and I gain that much weight.

yes its because your motabolism doesnt know how to react to it, itll get used to it after awhile but after it does and stableizes youll start losing wieght ^*^

Well I've had ten years of getting used to organic foods and it's changed nothing. Not mention my having hypothyroid really fucks with my metabolism and it can take years to get that under control.
