~ I will allow holds on characters. Please tell me how long you need the character put on hold for if this applies to you!
~ Don't back out of buying an adopt last-minute. I may refuse to sell to you in the future if you do this repeatedly.
~ Don't hide/remove your own comment(s).
~ Don't fight over the adopt(s). It's first come, first serve.
~ If add-ons are present, they do not overrule someone else's offer to buy. The character goes to whoever buys them first.
