Some practice with middle-aged Neville.
I was wondering how to age a bird character visually and I decided to give this older version of Neville some bristles (which btw nightjars actually do have) to resemble a facial hair/mustache. (I imagine younger Neville shaving those on a regular basis, that’s why he doesn’t have them initially.😆)
And his battle scars also will be an important part of his future design, even though he’ll get those sooner than you might would think.
Besides, I decided to give him a turtleneck shirt, though I’m not sure about the exact design or color of it.
I mean, right now with his surly expression, scars and black shirt, he kinda looks like a villain which wasn’t my intention, so I’ll probably change its shade later on.
