I love that the diapered caregiver thing seems to be gaining more traction these past few years. Seems like it was a much smaller niche not that long ago.

Some characters are so cute or attractive that they belong in diapers to make the baby feel equal.

Even in the real world I see moms on the internet wear diapers after pregnancy. I kid you not.

IRL, there is often issues during pregnancy where some may choose to wear, or feel they actually need diapers, or even do actually need diapers, due to an increased frequency of needing to go to the bathroom (to the point of it becoming harder for them to feel they're functioning normally). There may also be some cases of urinary incontinence before/during/after. If you look at modern commercials, they seem to want us to believe everyone everywhere has LBL.

Ive made that backstory about this character. Cherise Bear had to wear diapers after pregnancy but realized she loved them.
