I did this because I watched my favorite space documentary (Journey to the edge of the universe) an d decided I needed to do Tape’s space breath better, so I looked through a bunch of nebulae and went from there and I love how it turned out.

He can’t control his space breath like dragons can with fire (or other stuff), he’s always breathing it, it’s just not always visible. When it is visible, it dissipates pretty quickly.

And since it originates from a different universe, instead of being incredibly cold, it’s incredibly hot. Thankfully it doesn’t last long enough to do any more than char things, but you’d still get pretty gnarly burns (and cosmic radiation!), and you would of course suffocate if he breathed in your face
