Typhoon has had many babysitters, all of them ending up as Typhoon's diaper, such as this Drapion. Typhoon grumpy not because mama Phlosion grounded him from Mercury 2 for a couple of days. It's because his the Drapion as his babysitter said that Mercury's a bad influece, which Typhoon detested as he idolizes Mercury and hopes to be big and strong like him.
Typhoon gave the Drapion a full blast of his Pamp breathe and wore him the poke for insulting Mercury.

Mama, Papa and even Ricky knows how Typhoon is and they warn babysitters not to speak ill of Mercury, but most don't listen. Typhoon's punishment is no Mercury 2 for a few days and he has to stay in that diaper till the face fades, though typhoon not fond of being away from Mercury 2, he doesn't mind overusing his babysitter diaper.
