I am Dr Joseph Kalles and I am writing this letter in a non-formal way because I am really very excited about the new discoveries of the RT-15 specimen known as Rachel, I am humbly requesting permission to transfer her to my private island which is not it is very far from the country, there me and my dedicated team are studying 14 species of mutant raptiles some are intelligent and others are not even from our universe, Rachel seems to be from another universe and despite having no memories of before we found her she demonstrates ability talk and spew some goo I love to study......

I'm really excited to be working with Rachel's slime but I had to make some changes in the lab as an employee named Jeckie accidentally ran a salamander mutagen R-b4 because she mistook it for the R-d4 repellent and had to put on colored caps to alert my colleagues. imbecile staff, green are chemicals/antidotes that cure humans or animals, yellow are untested formulas, pink are pheromones hormones or potent stimulants, blue are repellents, and red are confirmed mutagens, well as for Jack she wasn't happy about losing her rights to wear clothes and be treated like a human, she mutated her arms and legs to look scaly and she developed a tail and despite that she still looks human but I ordered her to stay in a saddle for a few months.

I'm finally working on Rachel's goo being the fastest mutagen I've ever seen, R-b4 is the fastest mutagen we have and it was artificially created but Rachel's mutagen that I named R.TG-15 is totally natural and is generated by Rachel in her own body, I was intrigued after our first report two guards a man and a woman who were carrying her came into contact with the goo and the man after hours turned into a Brachiosaurus girl and the woman became an Ankylosaurus girl the two were left with fuzzy memories but none of them had the ability to generate this goo, I think I'll do some tests with mice later.

Earlier today I applied a drop of R.TG-15 on mouse #1 and applied 3 drops on mouse #2 and this afternoon mouse #2 had already turned into a type of alligator mouse but mouse #1 is still in a very slow process of transformation, i was about to finish today's report when i noticed something interesting rat #2 was a male and now he has become a female while rat #1 still doesn't show genital change.

mouse #1 finally transformed completely into a hybrid with Piterosaurus it was difficult to keep in the cage but I realized he was still a male so this afternoon I poured a lot of R.TG-15 on a pig which almost instantly transformed into a hybrid velociraptor I also noticed that he stopped being a male and became a female, curiously I suppose that the mutagen has a predominant sex in the mutation but it only manifests itself in beings that came into contact with a higher dose of R.TG-15, I think that we can use it to recreate extinct creatures using their closest animal relatives, I know it sounds childish but I'm going to bring a chicken to try to transform it into a T-Rex.
