I decided to draw a chihuahua in the same art style of the maker of Courage the Cowardly Dog.

Aaaand the original maker of this art style.

Therefore I wanted to do 'fan style art' which means I do my own character but in the art style of someone else. They do state that learning to draw in someone else's style can help you actually become better with your own art so I did this cause when I think of crack-head energy for a chihuahua this character was the first to pop into my mind.
