I'd have to get an updated ref just to finalize all the lil details like adding the mossy pattern back to the spines, but I think she's here to stay

Drakes are really cool and underrated! I dont see them too often, but I think it fits her more earth/moss-like design even if I'm privvy to wings! The bright glasses form a nice contrast to the more earthy and subdued colors, I can dig it! Very cute imo

Since all dragons are lean so they can fly, without wings, there's nothing stopping the thiccness

All jokes aside, thank you, I'm like 99% sure now that this will be the updated look (with a few minor tweaks when I get around to getting a proper ref)

I still really love the glasses, I like how they are modified to actually fit well onto a dragon's snout.

I was never a major fan of the wings *anyway* I just felt like they never really clicked, and as I wrote lore™ it just made sense to have her be a bit plumper and mom-ish.

The tiny tweaks would just be things like adding the pattern back onto her back spines, adding the snout pattern back, changing the back-plates to follow along the tail and removing the extra head horn that seems to have grown. And maybe some little text snippets about details/most forgotten things like how the glasses fit onto her head plates, the marking on her ear, etc etc

If I was to get more art, I would be able to use this as a ref in conjunction with the old one like "These are the things not present in the drake design" but it'd be nice to have one ref sheet that has everything up-to-date

Oooh, I absolitely love lore pairing well with designs. The changes you described is going to look really nice!

And yeah honestly, from an artist perspective its really just nice to have all of the information in one ref so we don't need to jump back and forth! The more I stare at the design and you little detail add ons, the more I like it!

And lmfao at the magical extra head horn. I kinda like it tho ngl... Maybe because it reminds me a bit of alatreon
