It's not all glamor and glory at Wombat For Hire, Inc. Somebody's got to be in charge of waste disposal and it's not gonna be me.

I thought it was the prime burrow...or is that the way only Emmet refers to in inside his dead???
......this....kind of is....a narrative dissonance???..ok, maybe I'm misplacing something here but...wasn't Sully a janitor back in the day?? why would that smell annoy him...and how could he allowed the bag break??

Burrow Zero is my home. Also the lab, although that was technically Burrow One before they merged.
Burrow Prime contains the shop and its operations, although there's an underground passageway connecting it and B-0.
Whether Sully should be disgusted by the contents of the bag depends on which burrow it actually came from. Judging from the fact it has an eyeball in it, we may be looking at waste from sublevel 3, if not 4.

It's also the case that if Sully were good at trash disposal, he wouldn't smell like it quite so often, I should think.
My original intention for him was to use him for low level tasks like that: janitor, custodian, errand boy, etc. That was before I realized just how bright he was.
It didn't actually come as much of a surprise. He was the first person ever to break into my facilities without being caught (immediately). If I had let him, he might have even reached sublevel five, but that would have left both of us in a much bigger pickle.
As far as I'm concerned, as long as he's being productive—and he doesn't think of picking up where his search left off—he can break a few trash bags.
