Gargliff and Orbon are similar to Fossil Pokemon. They can only be obtained by awaking their Relics. So they are called Relic Pokemon. Orbon comes from the Orb Relic and Gargliff comes from the Bust Relic. The relics are belived to be pieces of the old pokemon that was damaged in hibernation, they become whole again upon awakening.
