Another villainous variant of my cute, smol boi!

Contrasting Hysteria's rubber symbiote hijinx is the silly and far more fallible Jester King! Don't let his costume fool you, but the Jester King (JK for short), is a dastardly villain who's in it for the laughs and for the money! His main source of power is the magic crown that he wears that gifts him the ability to manipulate any and all forms of fabric on a whim! Sleeping bags, fuzzy socks, comforters, clothes, you name it! With a bit of focus the impish little dude can take control of it and use it to make comically large bags of money with dollars signs on them!. . . Or just tie you up! Yes yes, because at the end of the days, the conniving cat also wants to have fun too! He'll take down any and all comers (to the best of his ability)! He loves the sweet sound of moaning, squealing captives and loves to play harmless games with them! Unlike Hysteria who dominates in most fields, JK knows when to quit. If a hero is too OP or if the coppers are on his tail, the little criminal has no qualms with a tactical retreat. Besides, if anyone else gets their grubby hands on his magic crown, then he's toast!
