Outfit and the arm is really nice, im not so sure about the headband and the shadowed eyes.. i think him just having no hat would be better in the end. I dont exactly know his personality in full but he's always seemed like a rather outgoing kind of guy, the headband is more.. secretive or reclusive and i find it hard to see it fitting him.
