I figured Moe could use a ref sheet as I was quite fond of him. So here he is!
Moe's part of the Idaho State Police, but whenever he isn't, he's a potato farmer, growing his own potatoes and selling some of them to his neighbours.
He might like them a bit too much though, as he tends to obsess over them and regularly carries a raw potato on his person as a snack.
Despite being quite the odd Tiger Salamander, he still takes his police work seriously and has no patience for corrupt officers or cocky ones.
He's also always fully clothed. He does look really good in both of his outfits. Hehe~
