皆様の寄付は日本赤十字社に集まっています。
これが活用されるのは、家を失った人の仮設住宅が整備される今後だと思います。

Still a lot of remains are buried under huge toles and pebbles, and, now, the Japan Self Defense Forces are searching.
(Self Defense Forces personnel who discover citizens' corpses every day are afflicted with the overwhelming stress. )
There is no prospect of the revival of building the house and rebuilding the town yet at present.
The deterioration of the hygiene of the stricken area is serious because of the rot of the corpse and the annihilation of drainage.

膨大な瓦礫の下に、未だに沢山の遺体が埋もれており、目下自衛隊が捜索中です。
（毎日市民の遺体を発見する自衛隊員は、極度のストレスで苦しめられています。）
家を建てて街を再建するといった復興の目処は、現在まだありません。
死体の腐敗と、下水道の壊滅のせいで、被災地の衛生の悪化が深刻です。

Rescue party in every country in the world

世界の救援隊

We wish to express our gratitude to everybody of the rescue party who ran from every country in the world.

世界各国から駆けつけた救援隊の皆様に感謝します。

Especially, U.S. Army, Airforce, Navy and Marine Corps that did the rescue operation to first are praised in the maximum.
(Ah.....The damage of hurricane "Katrina" of Louisiana state also : in spite of extensive. )
I was surprised most because the Sendai airport had revived from struck in one month.
They descended with the parachute, and removed toles and pebbles of the glide slope immediately. And, it landed forcibly by the transport aircraft that stored the bulldozer.
This method is impossible in us. (The law doesn't permit this though the technology of the Self Defense Forces is high. )
If, the revival at the early stage of the airport might not have been achieved without the cooperation of the U.S. military.

特に、真っ先に救援活動を行った合衆国陸海空軍と海兵隊を最大に賞賛します。
（あぁ…ルイジアナ州のハリケーン「カトリーナ」の被害も甚大だというのに…）
私が最も驚いたのは仙台空港が被災から1ヶ月で復活したことです。
彼らはパラシュートで降下し、即座に滑走路の瓦礫を撤去して、ブルドーザーを搭載した輸送機を強行着陸させました。
この方法は、我々では不可能です。（自衛隊の技術は高いが、法律がこれを許可しない。）
空港の早期復活は米軍の協力が無かったら実現しませんでした。

The U.S. military is restoring the railway in Miyagi Prefecture now. "Friendship operation 【TOMODACHI】" continues still.

現在米軍は、宮城県の鉄道を修復中です。「トモダチ作戦」は、なおも継続しています。

Because the struck area is very wide, it is expected that ten years will be spent only as for the removal of toles and pebbles.

被災面積がとても広いので、瓦礫を撤去するだけでも10年は費やされるだろうと予想されます。

Nuclear plant

原子力発電所

The reactor core stopped just behind the earthquake. However, it has not been cooled at once.
And, water that touched the radiation became steam by remaining heat because the refrigerator broke because of the tsunami and it gushed to the atmosphere.
I cannot judge whether this is a level dangerous like any. However, to suppress damage as much as possible, the staff keeps making a desperate effort.
I can only pray. We keep praying.

地震発生直後に炉心は緊急停止しましたが、すぐには冷めませんでした。
そして津波で冷却装置が壊れたために、放射線に触れた水が、余熱で水蒸気となり大気に噴出しました。
これが、どれ程の危険なレベルかは判りませんが、被害の拡大を防ぐために、職員は決死の努力を続けています。
私は祈ることしかできません。私たちは祈り続けます。

The top and the mass media of the government keep fueling people's uneasiness for this.
Because the top of the government doesn't function at all, many of Japanese citizens have not trusted the government.
The citizens overcome this national crisis with the JSDF, the police, fire fighting, the Red Cross, and the local government.

これに対し、政府の頂点とマスメディアは、国民の不安を煽り続けます。
政府の頂点が全く機能しないので、日本国民の多くは政府を信用していません。
自衛隊・警察・消防・赤十字・地方自治体と市民で、この国難を克服します。

Japanese Government refused the mobilization request of the rescue party in a Taiwan country that had collected the most a lot of contributions for the reasons why there was no diplomatic relation.
Japanese Government is obstructing the rescue of the home country.

最も多くの寄付金を集めてくれた台湾国の救援隊の出動要請を、日本政府は国交がないという理由で断りました。
日本政府が自国の救難を妨げています。

The tax increase and the lack of policy of the government that pursues and attack a retreating enemy to victim's unhappiness make the people take a pessimistic view more and more.
Many people disappointed by the incapacity of the government might commit suicide though the tsunami is a natural disaster. This is a man-made disaster.
