Colored Sketch vs Colored Lineart animation comparison
Sketch coloration is loose. It generally fits within the drawing (especially where contrasting colors meet), but does overflow where it’s not super noticeable. Character patterns are more round & simplified.
🏵️Sketches have uniform line coloration unless specified. Redline movements on black are not usually in the final product.
Lineart coloration has more fine details, sticking more closely to a character’s reference, and having more line weight variation. More brushes & blending options are available, as I can import the color layer from art programs that are not flipaclip.
This is just a general sample! Sketches can include fine details, colored lineart can be more simplified / chunky, if you so choose.
🌷COMMISSIONS DO NOT HAVE FLIPACLIP WATERMARK
[ID: animated loop of a feminine canid sitting at a wooden table. They are drinking coffee, bringing the mug to their snout & flicking their ear every so often. Their base coat is a cream color, having blue hair, eyeliner, & spots on their shoulders. End ID]
