ok step by step
1) goto http://www.livestream.com/
2)make an account and go back to the home page and ill navigate you from there
3) click where it sais my account
4)somewhere on the page it will say Webcaster... click it
5)that will pop open a new window(well it did for me)
6) on that window in a light blue bow it will say "download livestream procaster" dowlload it
7)when is fully dowlloaded an there is a shortcut to it on your desktop...dobble click the icon... when ready click to start streaming... it will pop open two wondows... one showing chat on your live stream... and the other livestreaming options..
