Office dress for ladies is actually more relaxed, they don't have to wear suit jackets all the time. She can be strict and threatening, but in the end, she will not refuse this option, especially considering Chakona's open standards for clothing.

I figure Lilliana likes to wear the suit jacket for her strict predatory image, but she can go more casual (as it is Chakona).
But today is hot and the working day is a little delayed, as they planned a convention or conference, - so why not? Besides, men still look back after her...
