This was a re-do of an earlier piece I posted. I really liked the original, but I thought it could definitely be better, so I redrew it. I traced the original "form" of the first one, and edited it to suit my current tastes. It was also a good practice piece for colored pencils; this entire drawing is 100% colored pencils, no ink in it whatsoever. I'm really pleased with the fur; it was a great exercise, coz I rarely put this much work and detail into my colored pencil pieces. XD
Anyway, this is my fursona's demon form, a saber-toothed cougar (and yes, I know they're not a real animal). The orbs on her temples symbolize my migraines. When the orbs glow red, she's angry and in a terrible fury, but when they glow blue, she's calm and content. And apparently she can control weather? Hence the perfectly placed thunder cloud above the unfortunately placed tree. XD So what do you guys think, is the ability to control weather a good concept? Bad concept? I'm not sure if I want to keep it or ditch it, it just happened to be a good idea for this piece in particular.
So yeah. Enjoy. :D

Very nice artwork! As you might already know, it is generally agreed among paleontologists that the Smiledon's (sabre-toothed cat) closest living relative is the cougar. I've always been fascinated by Smiledon. By all counts, they were a magnificent species.
A most impressive work in both color and form!
