I'm curious to how Eternal would be mean to me, I feel it always has to be in direct relation to who it is in particular.

I'm going to say it. You won't like it for the mere mention of it. This is punishment for his absolutely appalling display in Mulan 2! XD (if you don't know of it...its best you stay away.) The character assassination in that movie of his character, but Mushu NOT being punished for causing all of that mayhem out of pure selfishness was not good in my tastes. So this is appropiate for the blabbermouth. He can't try to smooth talk his way out of this one as the most he can do is mutter in annoyance. Tiny dragon shall likely have to stay in your dungeon for many weeks for such transgressions as he snarls. I can picture the energy like bindings to be antimagical with that rune there, sapping away his fire breathing. Now just left as a 'lizard' which would make him quite indignant! The most he can do is wobble around like a limp noodle. Since he is in your dungeon, I'd like to think that you keep him in a very compact space that happens to be in a wall, perhaps within your living quarters, but behind a wall panel you can slide open to reveal the cute grumpy dragon. Either way, Mushu deserves to be tied up and kept from talking smack and upsetting several people at once, even if we heavily ignore that Mulan 2 exists. XD Such is the punishment for those cute to you, to be whisked away and bound up. In a way, its funny you have Mushu forced on his knees, as if giving a sign of fealty, considering how snobbish he can be and tries to hype up his own ego. So this would be quite insulting to him. Especially if the only visitors he got during his lonliness is the ancestral spirits. He'd be beyond annoyed.

I know Mulan 2. I have seen it once and never ever again. They strayed too far off from the original lore, what happened sadly too often in Disney sequels.
As for Mushu, he will learn some humility during his time in my dungeon.
