My client more or less gave me permission to do anything I wanted with his character. Although my earlier drawings had tweaked the original design somewhat, I felt I could carry it farther into my own style for future works. This is a test sketch to see what I would do with the design. I didn't intend it, but she looks a bit annoyed with me for doing so! Maybe she's upset that her head is so small compared to my other designs, but I can adjust that in future drawings.
