I'm constantly refining how I draw these beasties. It's interesting to see how they've evolved over time.
I'm giving a talk about werewolves at a convention I will be guest of honor at - the folklore aspects and the history of how they've been portrayed in art. I decided I wanted an example of my own interpretations of the monster, and so I drew these up. Kind of like a "reference sheet" for my guys.
The frontal drawing makes me giggle. He's just standing there so placidly.

Had to think about http://jole-bluemel.de/images/popeye.jpg when I saw it the first time ;D
Really like the faces.
Really like the faces.
I really love how your have worked this design out over time. It really has come together into something awesome that definitely screams werewolf. I love the big giant arms and the sort of "bear-like" features you added to make them more hulking and just large in general. The small white circular threatening eyes and the small sharp pointed ears.. every detail just adds to make this complete design.. well a very nice character design!
I really like the design and I'm pleased to see there are people that are working on it. I'm sort of on a quest to understanding werewolf anatomy myself and struggle to find a suitable physiology that works. It basically has to be a creature that can lope comfortably and faster on all fours than it does on two, but can still do things like sit on a chair or walk even semi-straight on two. Its a puzzle trying to figure out which parts should probably be shortened/lengthened in relation to others- whether its the torso or the arms or the legs.
Is there anything that inspires you when you think about their design? The way they move around and function?
